Refund policy

Are you dissatisfied with your online purchase? You can return your order within 14 days. The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with the price tag attached. If the item has been worn, damaged, or soiled, the purchase price will not be refunded. You are responsible for the shipping and return shipping costs.

Notify us of your return by sending an email to info@petitparisvintage.nl with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and the track & trace code for the return shipment.

Send the item back well packaged, preferably in the original shipping packaging, to the return address below. We request that you include the packing slip in the package. The package must be returned with a track & trace code to prevent it from getting lost in the shipping process. Please make sure you keep the shipping receipt in a safe place.

Once we have received the item in good order, we will refund the purchase price (minus the initial shipping costs) to your account within 10 working days.
